This paper presents a modified method for approximating nonlinear systems by a sequence of linear time varying systems. The convergence proof is outlined and the potential of this methodology is discussed. Simulation results are used to show the effectiveness of the proposed method.

In this article we give some characterizations of exponential stability for a periodic discrete evolution family of bounded linear operators acting on a Banach space in terms of discrete evolution semigroups, acting on a special space of almost periodic sequences. In this article, we survey the asymptotic stability analysis of fractional differential systems with the Prabhakar fractional derivatives. We present the stability regions for these types of fractional differential systems. A brief comparison with the stability aspects of fractional differential systems in the sense of Riemann-Liouville fractional derivatives is also given.
